FreshdeskSharp
Yesterday I published my first open source project to GitHub and the Nuget package manager called FreshdeskSharp. The project is a .NET library that is a wrapper for the Freshdesk API (a support ticketing system). The company I work for, DBA Software, uses Freshdesk for support ticketing and we needed to be able to programmatically interact with the Freshdesk API to help synchronize Freshdesk with our own internal systems. If you are a .NET developer and need to interact with the Freshdesk API give FreshdeskSharp a try. If you have any issues feel free to let me know in the issues section of the Github repository for FreshdeskSharp. If you are looking for a wrapper for the Freshsales API instead, you are in luck because that is next on my agenda!
